Cannon Fax L390 - Multifunction Laser PrinterWith a super G3 modem and large memory and paper capacity the FAX-L390 is ideal for busy companies that need an interdepartmental fax that can also print and copy. The FAX-L390 features Department ID functionality. This security feature allows the user to create up to 100 IDs and passwords and means that the fax may only be operated after the correct password has been entered. By creating a number of department settings users are also able to monitor fax print and copy totals - which will assist office management and accounting. Setting department IDs can also restrict sending and copying operations. The FAX-L390 can hold 500 sheets which means that less time is spent refilling the device. The FAX-L390 utilizes an all-in-one cartridge that yields approximately 3500 prints - even more when Toner Save mode is used. The Super G3 modem transmits at 3 seconds per page thereby reducing the cost of transmission and allowing receipt of a number of faxes simultaneously. The 510 page fax memory means that the printer will save and store documents if they are received when the fax has run out of paper or toner and the office is unattended. Large faxes may also be scanned into the fax memory and sent at a later time.
